 KDA LTD – Krishna Dwarka Associates Ltd – formed by Krishna Dwarka, Sworn Land Surveyor, is a private service company operating in the field of land surveying and development. KDA LTD specialises in turnkey solutions providing all services and consultancy for the conception of residential/commercial projects (morcellements).
Additionally KDA LTD offers specialist services in the field of geodesy and satellite imagery acquisition and processing. Our company is currently managing different projects in the northern and western parts of the island with the projects’ values ranging between 40 million rupees and 250 million rupees.
 Krishna Dwarka Associates (KDA) LTD also provides consultancy services with regard to investment opportunities on the island. Services include identification of potential sites for implementation of IRS to assistance in the issue of relevant permits and clearances. KDA LTD also provides professional advice on setting up local companies for management of IRS and the different stages involved to the successful completion of the project.
